Paul Kirks All Purpose BBQ Rub

Learn how to make Paul Kirks famous all purpose BBQ rub. This free recipe gives you all the information you need to make this delicious barbecue seasoning that works really well with pork, chicken, turkey or beef. It's a great tasting all purpose recipe perfect for you to use on your grilled meats. 

Ingredients

3/4 cup cane sugar 
¼ cup light brown sugar, spread on a pan and dried overnight 
1/2 cup onion salt 
1/4 cup Lawry's seasoned salt 
2 tbsp crumbled beef bouillon, ground fine in coffee grinder 
2 tbsp crumbled chicken bouillon, ground fine in coffee grinder 
2 tbsp garlic salt 
2 tbsp celery salt 
1/2 cup Hungarian paprika 
1/2 cup chili powder 
3 tbsp fine-ground black pepper 
1 tbsp lemon pepper 
2 tsp dry mustard 
1 tsp ground allspice 
1 tsp ground ginger 
1/2 tsp granulated garlic 
1/2 tsp ground celery seed 
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
Blend in a large bowl. Before cooking, liberally sprinkle the rub on the meat. 

Will do two briskets, three chickens, or three slabs of ribs.
