Rufus Teague Meat Rub

Not a lot of heat-- it just makes stuff taste real good. Go ahead, rub it on anything. It's good on all of it - beef, pork, chicken, and especially fish. Works well as a seasoning on non-grilled foods as well!

Ingredients: Brown sugar, salt, chili pepper and other spices, paprika, dehydrated onion and garlic, celery.
