Just imagine rubbing up that brisket and slow cooking it so it's moist and tender, and the smell driving you crazy from the wonderful New Mexico chili powder and garlic. Then after it cools, with fevered BBQ anticipation, you taste your first bite. Your brisket has bark from the real brown sugar, but you are pleasantly surprised at the lemony cumin, the acidity and pungence of the paprika and black pepper. Then the tongue gets to the Mexican oregano finish.
It's our spiciest rub and goes well on any cut of beef or pork, but it's especially created for denser cuts like brisket. It also works well with chicken and fish. It will lightly tenderize the meat to unlock the hidden flavor that only comes with good BBQ.
Dallas is the beginning of the beef trail which leads to the Kansas City stockyards. So, keeping true to the Dallas style, a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy, and some real smoke flavor make this rub a great choice for meat no matter how you intend to cook it. When Will I Receive My Delivery?
In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery timeframe based on the shipping method chosen. This is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code, time of year, or weather delays. Our system calculates this Estimated Delivery timeframe based on the total amount of time to process your order including packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

Order Tracking
We use the USPS tracking system. This service is not provided by BBQRubs.com and is therefore not guaranteed to work. Vendor-fulfilled items may use alternative carrier tracking systems; those links will be provided when available.
Order Cancellation
If you are requesting to cancel your order that has yet to be shipped, you must contact us within 2 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders placed online or over the phone that have been shipped cannot be canceled. Orders fulfilled by third-party vendors may not be cancellable once processing begins with the vendor.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe that your package has been lost, damaged, or stolen (subject to our confirmation that we have not received your package) you must wait for at least 7 business days after the package was dispatched. If after 7 business days your mail or package hasn’t arrived, contact us to submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS. We will work with USPS to locate your package. After receiving confirmation from USPS that your package has not been found, BBQRubs.com will provide you with a full refund.
For vendor-fulfilled orders, BBQRubs.com will coordinate with the vendor to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Packages Damaged in Transit
We apologize if your order was damaged upon receipt and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please contact us for assistance in returning the damaged merchandise for full reimbursement. If the damaged item was fulfilled by a vendor, we will work directly with the vendor to process your replacement or refund.
