Shipping & Delivery
All orders, where possible, are shipped the same or next business day from our location in Dahlonega, Georgia using USPS, UPS, Fedex or other shipping carriers when available. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped out on Monday or the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been shipped to you. Shipping rates are subject to change, fluctuate and are calculated at check out based on the recipient's delivery location and zip code.
*FREE Shipping is only offered to eligible orders over $100.00 to a maximum of $299.00 based on the original retail price of the items purchased. Our FREE Shipping offer cannot be combined with any discounts, holiday discounts or any other special offers and are subject to change at the discretion of BBQRubs.com. Additional exclusions apply, including but not limited to total package weight, quantity of products ordered and orders that BBQRubs.com determines are non-consumer, not reasonably standard or above or larger than average customer orders, wholesale/commercial orders, and such determination is at the discretion of BBQRubs.com. *FREE SHIPPING only applies to the continental UNITED STATES. Europe, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are not included with our Free Shipping offer and will require additional shipping charges to be paid after your order is completed and or upon our review and prior to your order being fulfilled and shipped. The calculated shipping charges due may be paid via Venmo, or other agreed-upon payment methods, and said payment methods are at the sole discretion of BBQRubs.com. Said exclusions are subject to change at any time and for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of BBQRubs.com.

When will I receive my delivery?
In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery timeframe based on the shipping method chosen. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code, time of year, or weather delays. Our system calculates this Estimated Delivery timeframe based on the total amount of time to process your order including packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, please consider these factors related to the Estimated Delivery Date:
- Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs. and some may take up to 5 days.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
Please note that we use the USPS tracking system. This service is not provided by BBQRubs.com and is therefore not guaranteed to work.
If you a requesting to cancel your order that has yet to be shipped, you must contact us within 2hrs from the time the order was placed. We apologize, orders placed online or over the phone that has been shipped cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe that your Package has been lost, damaged, or stolen (subject to our confirmation that we have not received your Package) you must wait for at least 7 business days after the package was dispatched. If after 7 business days, your mail or package hasn’t arrived, contact us to submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS. Working with USPS we will endeavor to locate your package. After receiving confirmation from USPS that your package has not been found then BBQRubs.com will provide you with a full refund.
Packages damaged in transit
We apologize if your order was damaged upon receipt and for any inconvenience, it may have caused. Please contact us for assistance in returning the damaged merchandise for full reimbursement.
