BBQ Rub Recipe | BBQ Rubs

Recipe for a great BBQ rub made with brown sugar, paprika, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. The perfect spice mixture for any type of meat. Great on pork, beef, chicken, turkey, or fish. The best way to use this BBQ rub is on ribs or brisket. An 8-ounce container of this stuff will last for up to 6 months, so you can make it in batches and store it for later.

  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them thoroughly. Use liberally on steak, ribs or chicken.
