Great on pork, beef, chicken, turkey, or fish. The best way to use this BBQ rub is on ribs or brisket. An 8-ounce container of this stuff will last for up to 6 months, so you can make it in batches and store it for later.

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them thoroughly. Use liberally on steak, ribs or chicken.
