Christmas Turkey Rub

• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons dried thyme
• 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon dried sage
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
