All orders, where possible, are shipped the same or next business day from our location in Dahlonega, Georgia using USPS, UPS, FedEx or other shipping carriers when available. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped out on Monday or the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been shipped to you. Shipping rates are subject to change, fluctuate and are calculated at checkout based on the recipient's delivery location and zip code.

Vendor-Fulfilled (Shopify Collective) Orders

In addition to products shipped directly from our Georgia warehouse, certain items available on BBQRubs.com are shipped directly from our approved vendor partners through the Shopify Collective program. These items may ship separately from your other products and may originate from different locations within the United States.

If your order contains both BBQRubs.com-fulfilled products and vendor-fulfilled products, your total shipping cost at checkout will include our $12.99 flat rate plus any applicable vendor shipping fees. When Will I Receive My Delivery?

In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery timeframe based on the shipping method chosen. This is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code, time of year, or weather delays. Our system calculates this Estimated Delivery timeframe based on the total amount of time to process your order including packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

• Order Processing: Typically 1–2 business days; some orders may ship within 4 hours, and some may take up to 5 days.
• Transit Time: Standard/flat rate transit times within the continental United States average 1 to 7 business days; BBQRubs.com makes no guarantees on transit or delivery duration/times.

Vendor-fulfilled orders may require additional processing time depending on the vendor’s location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking

We use the USPS tracking system. This service is not provided by BBQRubs.com and is therefore not guaranteed to work. Vendor-fulfilled items may use alternative carrier tracking systems; those links will be provided when available.

Order Cancellation

If you are requesting to cancel your order that has yet to be shipped, you must contact us within 2 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders placed online or over the phone that have been shipped cannot be canceled. Orders fulfilled by third-party vendors may not be cancellable once processing begins with the vendor.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe that your package has been lost, damaged, or stolen (subject to our confirmation that we have not received your package) you must wait for at least 7 business days after the package was dispatched. If after 7 business days your mail or package hasn’t arrived, contact us to submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS. We will work with USPS to locate your package. After receiving confirmation from USPS that your package has not been found, BBQRubs.com will provide you with a full refund.

For vendor-fulfilled orders, BBQRubs.com will coordinate with the vendor to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Packages Damaged in Transit

We apologize if your order was damaged upon receipt and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please contact us for assistance in returning the damaged merchandise for full reimbursement. If the damaged item was fulfilled by a vendor, we will work directly with the vendor to process your replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

🚨 Important Notice – Food & Perishable Items

Rubs, seasonings, sauces, and all other food-related or perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to strict food safety regulations.
We cannot accept these items back under any circumstances once they have left our facility.

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-food items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be non-food and non-perishable
• Unworn or unused
• In original packaging with tags
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
