Barbecue pit master Johnny Trigg's secret ingredient, Williams Rib Tickler Rub is a sweet and salty seasoning with the perfect amount of heat that is excellent on pork butts, spare or baby back ribs. The blend is finely ground, making it a great finishing dust that adds flavor to fried food. Simply substitute Rib Tickler for salt in your recipe for a sweet and spicy kick.
How to Use Williams Rib Tickler Rub
Apply generously on meat and let set covered in a refrigerator or cold cooler for a hour or so before cooking.
Use as a dry marinade for added flavor.
Shake on about 3/4 the way through the cook for a sweet undertone to the bark.
Great for pork and chicken, as well as other cuts of meat such as chicken wings, pork chops and kabobs.
